First Sundays of the Month
February 5th from 6 - 7:15pm
This yogic technique helps clear the mind, heal the body, and elevate the spirit.

Join Dev Atma John as he creates waves of relaxing, meditative sound using ancient gongs that take us directly into the original sound current. The vibration is the nucleus of all sound, words and music. Within the first ninety seconds, this sound allows us to move beyond the boundaries of the mind. Within this sound and re-sound we relax, stress departs, and rejuvenation occurs as we journey to experience new realms of our own psyche.
Let your stress go as these ancient sounds take you on a vibrational, transformational journey of peace and relaxation! No effort or practice is required to participate. Just relax and enjoy!!
This is a perfect way to set the tone before your visit to the beach for sunset, or as a transition to the group dance at the Siesta Key Drum Circle!
Love offerings accepted

There is much healing to be gained from working with the Voice. The voice is a mirror of the soul illustrating our dynamic psyche. Everywhere we go, the "wear and tear" of life upon us can be disheartening for the Spirit. Little by little, there can be a sense of losing touch with who we are, or losing touch with our unique and authentic self. The Voice reflects that, and is a vessel that can be used to help bring us back to our center. Authentic Voicework rejuvenates us, brings back our courage, empowers who we are by bringing voice to our unique and creative self, and allows us to be playful again. In a nutshell, Authentic Voicework helps us to return to our "origin-ality" & to let it run and play!
Recently added Level 2, The Ripening Voice, is an expanded exploration for those who have worked with Stephanie in Level 1. This course deepens the journey into the heart of the voice, where your comfort level with your voice is more open, and you are ready to explore this vast territory of the beauty that is in you. Level 2 "gets right to it", delving into the heart of your creativity and building courage around your voice.
Since the entire body is the actual resonating chamber of the voice, classes focus on relaxing the body with some stretching and breathwork. In addition to sound-making, a focus on listening is encouraged, as it is the preliminary step of sound-making. It is also highly enhanced after a class. Various vocal exercises normally are a regular start for a class, followed by singing interactive parts with the group. And, we work on harmonizing with others as well as improvising to tap into our creative wells. Level 2 includes advanced voice techniques.
What to bring/ How to prepare: Wear comfortable clothes (jeans not recommended); Bring bottled water; Come with an open mind; Allow yourself time to be in the moment by not arriving rushed, or hurried to rush out after class.
