WELCOME ... REBECCA STULTS

Mandala Yoga Shala warmly welcomes the return of Rebecca Stults, LMT, RYT as Yoga Director, beginning in September. Some of you may remember that, prior to Karina Sauro, Rebecca was our Yoga Director and left to be a full-time mommy one more time!

Rebecca joined Accussage Wellness in Three Rivers, CA in 1994 where she taught Yoga and provided therapeutic body work. She came to Sarasota in 1998 to intern with an organic agricultural research group and eventually joined the American Institute for Integral Healing Arts in 2000, where she continues to create and provide a wide variety of body-based educational and wellness programs for organizations and individuals.

Rebecca will begin teaching our regular 10:00am Wednesday yoga class in October.... until then, Randall will covering all bases.  Bless you Randall!

Meanwhile, we wish Karina the best of luck and love in her new venture back home in Argentina - you'll be missed!

 

GENTLE RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP with Vesna Petrovich

Tuesday, September 14th , 6:00p - 8:00p

Come to experience the rejuvenating benefits of yoga through a gentler practice. We’ll practice modified yoga postures with mindful breathing followed by a series of restorative poses

and a deep relaxation.

Each workshop is limited to 8 people on a first come, first serve basis.

Cost - $25 per person.

INTRODUCTION TO YOGA - 4 week series (Pre-reg. only)

Starts first Thursday of each month - 6:00p

In this 4 week Introduction to Yoga you will learn the basic postures of yoga combined with helpful explanations on yoga philosophy and basic breathing technics. You will enjoy the benefits of becoming more mindful and conscious about your body and breath living each class feeling positive, peaceful and relaxed. Open to everyone. Cost $ 50 (4 weeks).
