CLEARING THE CHAKRAS THROUGH YOGA with Angelena Craig RYT 500
Learn to understand and clear your energy centers
The chakras are our energy system, located along the spinal pathway. They are our source of vitality, our appropriate feelings, our creative self- expression, and more. Through specific yoga postures we may activate and clear the seven major energy centers to bring us into balance and whole-ness. In this workshop we will explore the location of each of the chakras, discuss the functions and malfunctions associated with each, and practice those postures which are valuable in opening and strengthening each of the primary energy centers. Students will learn how they work as a network, through which the body, mind and spirit can interact as one holistic system.
Open to all, new students are welcome. Cost $25.
Angelena Craig is a professional level Kripalu Yoga Instructor and was the founder of Beacon Light Yoga Center in Boston. She is the director of The New Aging Movement and teaches in Florida, Massachusetts and Wisconsin.
No refunds can be given after 3 business days prior to the beginning of a workshop, unless your space can be filled from a waiting list. $5.00 cancellation fee will apply.
